Rodcol Contracts has an integrated approach to conducting business and Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) responsibilities which are fundamental in this regard. Working with many international companies and increasing our safety standards to higher levels allows us to strive towards zero harm to our clients requirements.

Training
Rodcol Contracts lays strong emphasis on the empowerment of its employees in terms of skills development and literacy training, where they are able to achieve a formal qualification and recognition.
Being a local company, we employ locally as well as continuously promote training and skills development amongst our staff through exposure to different fields and access to expertise. Assessments are done annually and increments and promotions are awarded.
Social Responsibility
Rodcol Contracts supports previously disadvantaged groups, and has supported and sponsored projects benefitting the people of Zululand. Housing was built for Aids orphans in the Emoyeni area in Kwa- Zulu Natal, and annual donations are made to organisations to be used 100% for the Black community. Organisations that have been recipients of these donation are Jabulani Craft Centre for the disabled, Thuthukani Special School and Richards Bay Family Care.
